Natural Balance is a semester long thesis project I completed during my senior year at Champlain College. The mission of Natural Balance is to implement Yoga practice into rehabilitation centers as a holistic method of addiction recovery. The goal is to communicate the accessibility and productivity of yoga practice to rehab center owners, directors, and sponsors. After conducting much research, the outcome I found most appropriate to communicate the mission was to co-brand a yoga event with a local rehab center and Natural Balance.
Natural Balance and Maple Leaf treatment center hosted a free, day long yoga symposium at Maple Leaf rehab to showcase the benefits of yoga and the accessibility of the practice.
